Altus Brands – New Owner of Ridgeline, Inc.

WESTCLIFFE, Colo. - Altus Brands, LLC has announced the acquisition of Ridgeline, Inc, maker of Pro Ears. Pro Ears, the technological leader in the world of electronic hearing protection and amplification products was started by Dan Nigro in 1992.

Nigro made the announcement from his Westcliffe, CO offices, “I’ve thought about selling RidgeLine for some time now but I wanted to ensure the new owners would be as committed as I was to excellence of product, continued technological research and development and outstanding customer service. I believe the new owners will continue to grow the Pro Ears brand.

Gary Lemanski, Altus Brands President was also pleased with the acquisition and noted, “Dan has done a remarkable job growing the Pro Ears brand into one of, if not the leader in the field of electronic hearing protection. Dan has agreed to stay on and assist us as a consultant and in other areas of marketing. As such we are looking forward to continuing what he began years ago.”

The RidgeLine portfolio includes Pro Ears, The CrossFire Gun and Bow Sling and BenchMaster Rifle Rests.
